A long used, tried & tested method using thread sewn onto items to produce your desired designs.

Pros:

High quality look & feel.
Relatively low setup costs.
Ideal for low, medium or high quantity orders.
Durable & long lasting.
Vector artwork files are not required.
Can be produced onto numerous items or substrates. IE: Apparel, bags, towels etc
Up to 15 colours per logo.

Cons:

Cannot produce gradients & subtle shading.
Some very fine details in logos can be lost.
Size is limited to about 250mm x 250mm.
Very large logos with heavy fill stitching can become expensive.

The method of pushing liquid ink through a stencil on a screen & then setting the ink using heat.

Pros:

High quality look & feel.
Ideal for medium or high quantity orders.
Durable & long lasting.
Low per item cost.
Large print area up to 400mm x 550mm.
Softer feel compared to heat transfers.

Cons:

Setup costs are high, so small print runs can be expenisive.
Can only print onto flat items.
Limited to 8 colours per print (if printing onto dark material, 7 colours + white underbase).
Vector logos are required.
